Posterior polydactyly of both feet: an unusual case

Abstract
The manifestation of polydactyly is called thumb polydactyly [1]. The second left toe’s thumb and toenail base
repetition [2], the fifth finger’s rear repetition [3] and the big toe’s front repetition [4,5]. Polydactyly posterior polydactyly of
both hands is very rare, does not follow the boundary and has an extra finger on the hand [6], even more rare is a foot [7].
Here, we report a very rare case of polydactyly with two more fingers on the left foot and one more finger on the right foot.
